Welcome
to Bella Conbrio! We are located in Milaca, Minnesota.
Right in the middle of some of the most beautiful
countryside you will ever see.
Our Corso's are not merly
our dogs - they are our companions! Each has their
own unique quirks that we love them for, a special
place in our lives, on the couch, and in our hearts.
We fell head over heels for this wonderful breed
over 10 years ago. Since then, things have only
gotten better! The Cane Corso is the most loyal
family guardian and companion we have found.
Our
entire family is involved in the raising, training,
and showing of our dogs, and the socialization of
our puppies. We enjoy working and showing our dogs,
and growing together to create the unique bond between
our Corsos and our family.
We breed solely to the Italian
(FCI/Enci) standard. Our choice is to focus our
breeding for type, sound temperament, and good working
aptitude. All of our puppies are family raised,
well socialized with children, and come with a complete
written health guarantee. Great care is taken in
placing our pups in good forever homes, and finding
the best matches in personality and temperament
for each new Cane Corso owner.

The best of breeders will
always breed with the betterment of the breed in
mind. To take our breeding program here at Bella
Conbrio a step further, we have joined in a partnership
with Bioynics Kennel and two of the first experts
of the Cane Corso in Holland. Freddy Eleonora and
Edwin Handigman of Bioynics Kennel have breeding
experience with the Cane Corso in Holland since
1991.
When the breeding process
"ricopero della Razza" was only to the
third generation of registered Cane Corso In Italy
(this was 1991) Kennel Bioynics started to import
Italian Cane Corsos. These imported Italian dogs,
Bioynics foundation Corso's, were descendents of
famous and historic Cane Corsos including the following
(to list just a few):
Tipsy, Brina, Dauno, Basir, Bulan, Babak, Retico,
Otello, Forfax, Arras, Cleo, Baal, Plud, Claus Dell
Dyrium, Marlotta, Claus dell Antico Cerberus, Simon,
Sara dell Antico Cerberus, Donald dell Antico Cerberus,
Zeus dell Antico Cerberus ... and many others.
Kennel Bioynic's foundation Cane Corsos are direct
descendents of Corsos that were bred and used by
the initiators of the Corso breeding program in
Italy by Giancarlo Malavassi and Anna Battaglia
of Antico Cerberus Kennel. These Corsos were the
first Cane Corso bloodlines brought into Holland
in 1991. Kennel Bioynics has fought for the recognition
of the breed with success; in 1997 the breed was
recognized in Europe.
Bella Conbrio is very excited
about our Bioynics partnership. Watch for us together
to go far!
